Amix Nutrition OsteoGelatine + MSM is a food supplement that combines three ingredients: collagen hydrolysate, MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) and vitamin C. What are collagen hydrolysate and MSM?

Collagen is a protein that makes up a large part of connective tissue and is found in skin, bones and teeth. Gelatin and collagen hydrolysate are obtained from collagen: during hydrolysis the long protein chains are broken down into shorter peptides, so the hydrolysate is easy to process as a powder and does not form a gel. Collagen is characterised by a high content of glycine, proline and hydroxyproline. MSM, or methylsulfonylmethane, is an organic sulphur compound that is also found in small amounts in many foods. According to the manufacturer, MSM is a source of organically bound sulphur. The third ingredient, vitamin C, is added as ascorbic acid.

How to use?

Take 6–10 capsules daily, preferably on an empty stomach, or as directed by a healthcare professional. The capsules are easy to swallow with a glass of water. The daily amount can be taken at once or split into several portions. At six capsules a day the container lasts 66 days, at ten capsules 40 days. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
