Now Foods Calcium & Magnesium is a food supplement in tablet form that combines two essential minerals in one product. How to use?

Take 2 tablets a day with a glass of water. The daily dose can be divided, for example one tablet in the morning and the other in the evening. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. At the recommended use, one container lasts 50 days.
