Adidas Dumbells Pair 3 KG

Adidas neoprene dumbbells, pair 3 kg

Adidas Dumbbells are a classic piece of training equipment for both isolated and compound exercises at home or in the gym. They have a cast iron core with a neoprene coating and a hexagonal shape, so they stay put when you set them down. The Adidas dumbbell range covers weights from 1 to 5 kg, which lets you increase the load step by step to match your goal and level. Sportlab sells a pair of dumbbells, 3 kg – with two identical dumbbells you can train both arms at the same time or alternately.

Cast iron core and neoprene coating

The inside of the dumbbell is made of cast iron, which gives a compact piece of equipment the weight it needs. On the outside, the dumbbell is covered with neoprene – a soft, flexible material that is comfortable to hold. According to Adidas, the neoprene-coated cast iron dumbbells stand up to repeated tough sessions. The hexagonal shape stops the dumbbell from rolling away when you put it on the floor, which adds safety to your workout and makes storage easier: the dumbbells can be kept on the floor or on a shelf without rolling off. The product is packed in 100% recyclable packaging.

How to use?

The dumbbells can be used both in isolated exercises that target one muscle group (for example biceps curls or lateral raises) and in compound exercises that work several muscle groups at once (for example squats or lunges with dumbbells). Choose a weight that lets you perform the movement with correct technique throughout the whole set. When an exercise becomes too easy, you can move on to the next weight in the range. After your workout, put the dumbbells on the floor or in their storage place and wipe them clean with a damp cloth if needed.

Weight and care

Adidas neoprene dumbbells are available in weights from 1 to 5 kg (2–10 lb). Sportlab sells the variant "Adidas Dumbells Pair 3 KG" – a pair of dumbbells, 3 kg. To care for the dumbbells, simply wipe the neoprene coating with a damp cloth after training and let it dry. Store the dumbbells in a dry place and away from sharp objects that could damage the coating.
