Amix L-Glutamine is a food supplement whose only ingredient is the amino acid L-glutamine. According to the packaging, the finely milled powder is odourless and tasteless, so it can be mixed with water or juice. One serving, i.e. two scoops (10 g), provides 10,000 mg of L-glutamine. L-glutamine

Glutamine is an amino acid that the human body can produce itself and which is referred to as a conditionally essential amino acid. From food we obtain glutamine from protein-rich foods such as meat, fish and dairy products, as well as from plant sources such as beans and other legumes. As a food supplement, glutamine is available as a powder or in capsules. In this product glutamine is in the L form and in powder, so the amount is easy to measure precisely with the scoop and to split over the day.

How to use?

The basic daily amount is 10 g. Take 5 g about 30–60 minutes before training and 5 g immediately after training or before going to bed. Mix 1 scoop (5 g) of powder with 200–300 ml of water or juice and drink immediately. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. If you also use other products containing glutamine, take their amounts into account. At the recommended use, one 300 g container lasts 30 days.
