What is L-glutamine?

L-glutamine is one of the protein-forming amino acids. The body can produce it itself, but L-glutamine is also obtained from food. As a food supplement, L-glutamine lets you supplement your daily diet with a fixed and easily measured amount. How to use?

Mix a 5 g serving (1 scoop) with 100–150 ml of water or juice. For the unflavoured variant, drink one serving a day on training days – upon waking or after your workout – and one serving upon waking on non-training days. For the lemon variant, drink two servings a day on workout days – one immediately after waking up and the second after training – and one serving after waking up on non-workout days.
