ICONFIT Magnesium B6 is a food supplement made in Estonia that combines two nutrients important for everyday nutrition: magnesium and vitamin B6. Three capsules, i.e. the daily dose, provide 375 mg magnesium as magnesium citrate and 1.4 mg vitamin B6. Both nutrients are present at 100% of the nutrient reference value per daily dose. How to use?

Take 3 capsules a day with a glass of water and with food. The capsules can be taken at once or spread over the day, for example with meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
