OstroVit MgZB – magnesium, zinc and vitamin B6 in one tablet set

OstroVit MgZB is a food supplement combining three nutrients: magnesium, zinc and vitamin B6. In the sports world this combination is also known as ZMA. The daily dose of 3 tablets provides 375 mg of magnesium (100% of the nutrient reference value), 15 mg of zinc (150%) and 2 mg of vitamin B6 (143%). The magnesium is in the form of magnesium citrate, the zinc as zinc picolinate and vitamin B6 as pyridoxine hydrochloride. The package contains 90 tablets, i.e. 30 daily doses, which last one month with regular use.

What are magnesium, zinc and vitamin B6?

Magnesium is a mineral found in the body in relatively large amounts, which is why it is classified as a macronutrient. In the human body, a large part of magnesium is stored in the bones. Good dietary sources of magnesium are whole-grain products, seeds and nuts. Zinc is a trace element found in the body in the bones, brain, pancreas and liver. Zinc is obtained from red meat, poultry, dried legumes, nuts and whole-grain products. Vitamin B6, or pyridoxine, is a water-soluble B vitamin that the body cannot produce itself, so it must be obtained from food. Vitamin B6 is found mainly in whole-grain products, offal and dried legumes.

How to use?

Take 1 serving, i.e. 3 tablets, a day before going to sleep and swallow with an adequate amount of water. Three tablets are also the recommended daily dose, which must not be exceeded. Taking the product in the evening makes it easy to use and helps turn it into a daily habit. 90 tablets last for 30 days.
