OstroVit Magnesium Citrate 400 mg + B6 is a food supplement containing magnesium citrate and vitamin B6 in tablet form. The daily dose of three tablets provides 400 mg magnesium, which is 107% of the nutrient reference value, and 6 mg vitamin B6, which is 429% of the reference value. Vitamin B6 is present as pyridoxal 5'-phosphate. The container holds 90 tablets, or 30 daily doses, which last one month with regular use. The product is also suitable for vegans. It is made by the Polish company OstroVit.

How to use?

Take one serving, i.e. 3 tablets, a day before bedtime and swallow with a sufficient amount of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
