Vitamin MAX Multivitamin – 13 vitamins and 12 minerals in one tablet

Amix Performance Vitamin MAX Multivitamin is a food supplement that combines 13 vitamins and 12 minerals in one tablet, together with plant extracts, coenzyme Q10, citrus bioflavonoids, choline and inositol. The daily dose is one tablet taken with a meal. The pack contains 60 tablets, or 60 daily doses.

One tablet provides, among other nutrients, 150 mg vitamin C, 30 mg vitamin E, 20 mg niacin, 10 µg vitamin D3, 400 µg folic acid, 20 µg vitamin B12, 18 mg iron, 15 mg zinc, 100 mg magnesium and 150 µg iodine. Many of the vitamins and minerals exceed the adult nutrient reference value, so do not use other multivitamins or mineral supplements at the same time.

What do the vitamins and minerals do?

Vitamin C, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, folate, iron, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid and magnesium contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin D, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, folate, iron, zinc, selenium and copper contribute to the normal function of the immune system.

Thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, biotin and vitamin C contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Vitamin E, vitamin C, zinc, selenium, copper, riboflavin and manganese contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Vitamin D, vitamin K, magnesium, zinc and manganese contribute to the maintenance of normal bones, vitamin D and magnesium contribute to normal muscle function, and iron contributes to normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin. Biotin, niacin, riboflavin, vitamin A and zinc contribute to the maintenance of normal skin, and iodine contributes to normal thyroid function.

In addition to vitamins and minerals, the tablet contains 50 mg Echinacea purpurea, 50 mg Siberian ginseng root (Eleutherococcus senticosus), 30 mg citrus bioflavonoids, 15 mg choline, 15 mg inositol, 8 mg L-cysteine HCl, 5 mg betaine HCl, 5 mg PABA (para-aminobenzoic acid), 3 mg rose hips powder, 2.5 mg L-glutathione and 1 mg coenzyme Q10. Vitamin MAX Multivitamin is suitable for adults who want to supplement their diet with a wide range of vitamins and minerals. The product is not designed for children and must not be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding. The manufacturer recommends consulting a doctor or another healthcare practitioner before use, especially if you take medication or other food supplements. The tablet coating contains the colours sunset yellow FCF (E110) and allura red AC (E129), which may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.

Use and storage

Take one tablet a day with a meal and wash it down with plenty of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Store in a cool, dry place at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C, away from sunlight. The tablet coating is made of stearic acid and hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, and the white colour is calcium carbonate.
