Now Foods Omega-3 is a food supplement in which each softgel contains 1000 mg of molecularly distilled fish oil concentrate. The recommended daily dose is four softgels, providing a total of 4000 mg fish oil concentrate, including 720 mg eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and 480 mg docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). The fish oil is obtained from anchovies, sardines and tuna and, according to the manufacturer, comes from Peru, Morocco, Mauritius and Malaysia.
