Now Foods Ultra Omega 3-D is a food supplement with fish oil concentrate in fish gelatin softgels. One softgel contains 1200 mg of fish oil concentrate providing 600 mg of eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and 300 mg of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), a total of 900 mg of these omega-3 fatty acids. How to use?
