Evolite L-Theanine 200mg (120 vcaps)

Evolite L-Theanine – 200 mg of L-theanine in every capsule

Evolite L-Theanine is a food supplement in vegetarian capsules, each capsule containing 200 mg of L-theanine. The recommended daily dose is one capsule, so a container of 120 capsules lasts about four months. The product is made by the Polish food supplement brand Evolite, whose range includes both sports supplements and vitamins and other supplements for everyday use. Evolite L-Theanine has a simple formula: besides L-theanine, the capsule contains only the bulking agent microcrystalline cellulose, the capsule shell is made of hypromellose, and the capsule colour comes from iron oxides and Patent Blue V. Net weight 60 g.

L-theanine

L-theanine is an amino acid that occurs naturally in the leaves of the tea plant and therefore in green, black and other true teas. Unlike many other amino acids, L-theanine is not used by the body to build proteins – it belongs to the so-called non-protein amino acids. In terms of chemical structure, L-theanine is similar to glutamine and glutamic acid. Tea contains relatively little L-theanine, and the amount depends on the variety and the way the tea is prepared. A food supplement provides L-theanine in a precisely known amount: Evolite L-Theanine provides 200 mg of L-theanine in one capsule. No nutrient reference value has been established for amino acids, including L-theanine, so the table shows two asterisks instead of %NRV.

How to use?

Take one capsule a day and swallow it with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. If you also use other food supplements or sports drinks containing L-theanine, take their amounts into account too. Taking the capsule at the same time every day helps you remember it. Keep the container tightly closed in a dry place at room temperature (up to 25 °C) and protected from sunlight. At the recommended use, one container lasts 120 days.
