OstroVit L-Theanine + L-Tyrosine VEGE is a food supplement that combines two amino acids, L-theanine and L-tyrosine, in one capsule. L-theanine and L-tyrosine

L-theanine is an amino acid that is not one of the amino acids that make up proteins. Chemically, it is a derivative of glutamine. In nature, L-theanine is found in the leaves of the tea plant (Camellia sinensis), which is why green tea is considered its main dietary source. According to the manufacturer, the L-theanine in one capsule also includes 2 mg of (−)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG), a compound characteristic of green tea.

L-tyrosine is one of the twenty standard amino acids from which the body builds proteins. The human body can produce it itself from another amino acid, phenylalanine, but L-tyrosine is also obtained from food. It is found mainly in protein-rich foods such as meat, fish, dried legumes and dairy products.

How to use?

The recommended daily dose is one capsule, taken with a meal and swallowed with a sufficient amount of water. The product must not be consumed on an empty stomach. As the capsule contains a small amount of EGCG, a compound typical of green tea, do not use other products containing green tea on the same day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Taking the capsule at the same time every day, for example with breakfast or lunch, helps you remember it. At the recommended use, one pack lasts 90 days.
