Power System, Head Harness

Power System Head Harness – neck training harness with chain and carabiner

Power System Head Harness is a training harness worn on the head that lets you train the neck area with added weight. The manufacturer describes it as an exercise aid for strengthening the neck muscles, used mainly in strength training and in other sports where the neck is under heavy load. The harness has a hanging attachment system in which the weight is attached with a carabiner and a chain, so you can choose the load according to your training level. The product is black and, according to the manufacturer, weighs 0.67 kg.

Strong nylon and padding

The harness is made of strong nylon and, according to the manufacturer, has very high-quality padding that rests against the head during training. A chain and a carabiner are attached to the harness for adding weight: with the carabiner you can attach, for example, a weight plate to the chain and change it quickly when needed. This lets you train with both lighter and heavier loads using the same harness.

How to use?

Put the harness on your head so that the padded parts rest against the head and the harness sits firmly. Attach the weight to the chain and close the carabiner. Start with a light weight and perform the movements calmly and under control, increasing the load gradually. Before each workout, check that the chain, carabiner and seams are intact. After use, let the harness air dry.
