Power System Liquid Chalk 250ml / Vedel Talk

Power System Liquid Chalk – liquid chalk for a firm grip, 250 ml

Power System Liquid Chalk is a liquid chalk (liquid magnesium) applied to the hands or feet to keep your grip firmer during training. According to the manufacturer, it helps improve grip and reduce sweating, so your hold stays sturdy and firm on bars, weights, walls and any other solid surface. Unlike traditional powdered chalk, the liquid form does not create dust that ends up on your clothes, sports gear or the gym floor. The manufacturer offers liquid chalk in closable 50, 100, 250 and 500 ml bottles; the 250 ml bottle is a sensible size for regular training in the gym.

Composition and liquid form

According to the manufacturer, Power System Liquid Chalk is made of non-toxic ingredients: magnesium carbonate, edible alcohol and honey. Magnesium carbonate is the same white substance athletes know as powdered chalk. In liquid form it is easier to apply precisely to the palms, and it does not spread around as dust. This makes liquid chalk a good choice in gyms where the use of powdered chalk is restricted.

How to use?

Shake the bottle thoroughly before use. Apply a small amount of the liquid to your palms and spread it evenly over the palms and fingers. Wait until the layer has dried, then start your exercise. If needed, you can also apply the product to your feet, for example in gymnastics. Close the bottle carefully after use. Do not apply the product to damaged skin.
