Raw Nutrition (CBUM) Thavage Christopher's Secret Stuff - 520 grams

Thavage Pre-Workout – Christopher's Secret Stuff

Raw Nutrition Thavage Christopher's Secret Stuff is a pre-workout powder developed by Raw Nutrition together with six-time Classic Physique Mr. Olympia Chris Bumstead (CBUM). The tub contains 520 g of powder, or 40 scoops (1 scoop = 13 g). "Christopher's Secret Stuff" is the manufacturer's secret flavour, made with natural and artificial flavourings and sweetened with sucralose and acesulfame K. The colour comes from red beet powder.

One scoop contains 3 g L-citrulline, 1.6 g beta-alanine, 1.25 g betaine anhydrous, 1 g L-tyrosine, 1 g taurine, 750 mg Nitrosigine™, 125 mg citicoline and caffeine. A scoop provides just 5 kcal, 1 g carbohydrate and 1 g protein.

Amino acids and other ingredients

L-citrulline, beta-alanine, L-tyrosine and taurine are amino acids and related compounds commonly used in sports powders. Beta-alanine may cause a temporary tingling sensation on the skin in some people, which is common and harmless. Nitrosigine™ is inositol-stabilised arginine silicate. Citicoline is a choline compound used in food supplements. The powder also contains 250 mg coconut water powder and 12.5 mg AstraGin™, a blend of Panax notoginseng root and Astragalus membranaceus root.

Caffeine per scoop

The caffeine comes from two sources: 130 mg caffeine anhydrous and 32 mg dicaffeine malate (Infinergy™), a compound of caffeine and malic acid. Each scoop also contains 25 mg theobromine, a caffeine-like compound found naturally in cocoa. Even if all of the dicaffeine malate is counted as caffeine, one scoop contains less than 200 mg of caffeine.

We recommend using 1 scoop a day and avoiding coffee, energy drinks and other caffeine-containing products on the same day. When using the product for the first time, assess your tolerance with half a scoop. The product also contains betaine, so do not use other betaine-containing food supplements on the same day.
