Monster BEEF 90% Protein by Amix Nutrition is a powdered food supplement based mainly on enzymatically hydrolysed beef protein isolate. On a dry basis the powder contains 90% protein, and one 33 g serving provides 29.7 g of protein. The protein is combined with creatine monohydrate (2508 mg per serving), the amino acid blend Amix™ Nitro Shot Complex and the mineral blend Amix™ PhosphoMatrix. How to use?

Mix 33 g of powder (one scoop) with 200–300 ml of cold water or low-fat milk. Use a shaker or blender and mix for about 30 seconds until the powder has fully dissolved. To change the intensity of flavour and sweetness, use less or more water. The manufacturer recommends 1–3 servings a day, depending on how much protein you need daily. Take into account the protein you get from your regular diet as well.
