AmixPro LipiDrol – choline, inositol, methionine and B vitamins in capsules

AmixPro LipiDrol is a caffeine-free food supplement based on VitaCholine®, i.e. choline L-bitartrate. In addition to choline, the product contains inositol, methionine, soy lecithin enriched with phosphatidylserine and three B vitamins: niacin, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12. One serving, i.e. six capsules, provides 1000 mg of choline bitartrate, 1000 mg of inositol, 500 mg of methionine and 100 mg of soy lecithin, half of which is phosphatidylserine. The serving also contains 16 mg of niacin (100% of the nutrient reference value), 10 mg of vitamin B6 (714%) and 5 µg of vitamin B12 (200%). The package contains 120 vegetable capsules, i.e. 20 six-capsule servings. The product belongs to the AmixPro range by Amix Nutrition.

Niacin, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12

Niacin (vitamin B3), vitamin B6 and vitamin B12 are water-soluble B vitamins that need to be obtained regularly from food – niacin and vitamin B6 for example from fish, poultry and wholegrain products, vitamin B12 mainly from foods of animal origin. In this product niacin is present as nicotinamide, vitamin B6 as pyridoxine hydrochloride and vitamin B12 as cyanocobalamin.

How to use?

Take 6 capsules a day, preferably about 30–60 minutes before physical activity, with plenty of water. The capsules are unflavoured and easy to swallow with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. If you also use other food supplements containing B vitamins, choline or inositol, take their amounts into account. At the recommended use, one container of 120 capsules lasts 20 days.

AmixPro LipiDrol is suitable for adults who train regularly and want to supplement their diet with choline, inositol, methionine and B vitamins in a single product. As it is caffeine-free, it also suits those who do not consume caffeine or take supplements before evening workouts. The product contains soy lecithin and is therefore not suitable for people with a soy allergy. Do not use the product during pregnancy or breastfeeding; it is not intended for children. Ingredients and package

The capsule contents consist of choline bitartrate VitaCholine®, inositol, methionine, soy lecithin enriched with phosphatidylserine and the vitamins nicotinamide, pyridoxine hydrochloride and cyanocobalamin. Soy lecithin is used as an emulsifier, and microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide as anti-caking agents. The capsule shell is made of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, purified water and the colour calcium carbonate. The product may contain traces of milk, eggs, soy, gluten and crustaceans. The package contains 120 capsules. Store at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C in a dry place, away from sunlight, and protect from frost. The batch number and best before date are shown on the package.
