How to use?

Place the strap around your wrist so that the free end is on the palm side. The straps are intended above all for deadlifts and other pulling exercises, for example barbell rows. After the set, release the strap by rolling the bar in the opposite direction. If you wish, you can do lighter warm-up sets without straps so that your grip also gets some work.
