Animal M-Stak

Universal Nutrition Animal M-Stak is a non-hormonal tablet and capsule pack designed specifically for trainees who struggle to build muscle mass despite consistent training and nutrition. The can contains 21 packets, each holding 8 tablets and capsules that cover one daily serving. This is the updated European formula — all information here comes directly from the product packaging.

Universal Nutrition is an American manufacturer producing sports supplements since 1977, and the Animal line is one of the most recognised names in gyms worldwide. M-Stak combines four different complexes in a single packet: amino acids, ginsengs, herbal extracts and stimulants. No powder mixing, no juggling multiple tubs — just one packet a day.

Four complexes in every packet

• Amino acid complex (3 tablets) — 2086 mg of L-Leucine, 780 mg of L-Taurine, plus L-Isoleucine, L-Valine and Acetyl L-Carnitine. Leucine, the key amino acid for protein synthesis, has the largest share.
• Ginseng complex (1 tablet) — 500 mg of Panax ginseng, 495 mg of kudzu root powder (Pueraria spp.) and 5 mg of Siberian ginseng (eleuthero) powder.
• Herbal complex (3 capsules) — 474 mg of ginger and 472 mg of fenugreek seed powder, plus PurpleForce® purple tea extract (187.5 mg), Citrus aurantium extract with 98% hesperetin (187.5 mg), quercetin (187.5 mg), phytosterols (187.5 mg), grapefruit powder, Cinnulin PF® cinnamon extract, lipoic acid and citrus bioflavonoids.
• Energy complex (1 red capsule) — 192.8 mg of caffeine plus kola nut and guarana powder, delivering about 200 mg of caffeine in total.

The red capsule — stimulants under your control

All stimulants are concentrated in a single red capsule. If you train in the evening, are sensitive to caffeine or want a break from stimulants, simply remove the red capsule from the packet — the rest of the pack works without it. This makes M-Stak flexible for anyone already getting caffeine from coffee or pre-workouts.

Who is Animal M-Stak for?

M-Stak is intended for experienced trainees aged 18 and over who have been putting in consistent work in the gym but whose progress has stalled. The manufacturer recommends cycling: three weeks on with one packet per day, then one week off. One can covers exactly one 21-day cycle. On training days take the packet 30–45 minutes before lifting, on rest days between meals. As the product contains caffeine and potent herbal compounds, it is not suitable for persons under 18 or for pregnant or nursing women.
