Amix Nutrition B-Complex with vitamins C and E is a food supplement in capsule form that combines all eight B vitamins with vitamin C, vitamin E and zinc in a single capsule. The B vitamins in the capsule are thiamine (B1), riboflavin (B2), niacin (B3), pantothenic acid (B5), vitamin B6, folic acid, biotin and vitamin B12. The recommended daily dose is one capsule, which provides, among other things, 300 mg of vitamin C (375% NRV), 25 mg of vitamin E (208% NRV) and 10 mg each of thiamine, riboflavin and vitamin B6. How to use?

Take one capsule a day with a meal and wash it down with plenty of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. If you also use a multivitamin or other food supplements containing vitamins or zinc, take their amounts into account too. Taking the capsule at the same time every day, for example with breakfast or lunch, helps you remember it. Store the container at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.

Ingredients and quality

The main ingredient of the capsule is ascorbic acid, or vitamin C. The B vitamins are provided as thiamine hydrochloride, riboflavin, nicotinamide, calcium pantothenate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, folic acid, biotin and cyanocobalamin, vitamin E as DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate and zinc as zinc oxide. The vegetable capsule is made from hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and coloured with calcium carbonate, tartrazine (E102) and sunset yellow FCF (E110). Tartrazine and sunset yellow FCF may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. Magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide are used as anti-caking agents.
