ICONFIT B Vitamin Complex – eight B vitamins in one capsule

ICONFIT B Vitamin Complex is a food supplement made in Estonia; each capsule contains all eight B vitamins: thiamine (B1), riboflavin (B2), niacin (B3), pantothenic acid (B5), vitamin B6, biotin (B7), folic acid (B9) and vitamin B12. The daily dose is one capsule. The container holds 90 capsules, which corresponds to a three-month course. The capsule shell is made of plant-based hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.

B vitamins

B vitamins are water-soluble vitamins that the body cannot store for long, so they need to be obtained from food regularly. They are found, for example, in wholegrain products, meat, fish, eggs, dairy products, legumes and leafy vegetables. Vitamin B12 is obtained mainly from foods of animal origin.

How to use?

Take 1 capsule a day with a glass of water. The manufacturer recommends using the product as a 3-month course and repeating the course if necessary. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. If you also use other vitamin products, such as multivitamins, take their B vitamin content into account. Riboflavin may colour urine yellowish – this is common with water-soluble vitamins.

ICONFIT B Vitamin Complex is suitable for adults who want to supplement their diet with B vitamins – for example when the menu is one-sided, eating is irregular or few foods of animal origin are eaten. The capsule shell is not of animal origin. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, take medication or have health problems, consult a doctor or pharmacist before use.

Ingredients and storage

The capsule contains microcrystalline cellulose as a bulking agent and B vitamins in the following forms: nicotinamide (B3), calcium D-pantothenate (B5), pyridoxine hydrochloride (B6), thiamine mononitrate (B1), riboflavin (B2), cyanocobalamin (B12), pteroylmonoglutamic acid (B9) and D-biotin (B7). The capsule shell is the glazing agent hydroxypropyl methylcellulose. Store the container in a dry, dark place at 5–25 °C and keep it tightly closed. Keep out of reach of children.
