NOW Foods Vitamin B-12 Liposomal Spray is a liquid food supplement in a spray bottle that contains three B vitamins: vitamin B12, vitamin B6 and folic acid. It is sprayed once under the tongue, held in the mouth for 20 seconds and swallowed, and this can be done 1–2 times a day. The bottle contains 59 ml of liquid, which makes about 84 sprays. The liquid has a raspberry flavour and is sweetened with fructose and stevia leaf extract.

How to use?

Shake the bottle well before use. Spray once under the tongue, hold the liquid in your mouth for about 20 seconds and then swallow. Use 1–2 times daily, but no more than 2 sprays a day. If you also use other food supplements containing B vitamins or folic acid, such as multivitamins, take their amounts into account. The spray is convenient for those who prefer not to swallow tablets or capsules. After use, close the bottle with the cap and keep it out of reach of children.
