GreenDay® Vitamin E 400 I.U. LIFE+ is a food supplement from the GreenDay line by Amix Nutrition that combines four nutrients in one daily dose: vitamin E, vitamin C, selenium and zinc. Two capsules provide 268 mg of vitamin E, i.e. 400 international units (2233% of the nutrient reference value), 192 mg of vitamin C (240%), 200 µg of selenium (363%) and 15 mg of zinc (150%). The selenium comes from GoldCell® selenium yeast, which contains selenium in organic form, and the zinc is present as zinc bisglycinate, a zinc chelate. The package contains 200 vegetable capsules, enough for 100 days.

Vitamin E, vitamin C, selenium and zinc

Vitamin E is a fat-soluble and vitamin C a water-soluble vitamin, while selenium and zinc are trace elements – the body has to obtain all four from food. Vitamin E is found, for example, in vegetable oils, nuts and seeds, vitamin C in fruit and vegetables, selenium in fish, eggs and cereal products, and zinc in meat, seafood and wholegrain products.

How to use?

Take 2 capsules a day with food and wash them down with plenty of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. If you also use other food supplements containing vitamin E, vitamin C, selenium or zinc, take their amounts into account. At the recommended use, one container of 200 capsules lasts 100 days.

LIFE+ is suitable for adults who want to supplement their everyday diet with vitamin E, vitamin C, selenium and zinc – for example, those whose diet contains few vegetable oils, nuts, seeds, fruit and vegetables. The product must not be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding and is not intended for children. Ingredients and package

The capsule contents consist of dl-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E), ascorbic acid (vitamin C), GoldCell® selenium yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) and zinc bisglycinate. The capsule shell is made of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, purified water and the colour calcium carbonate; magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide are used as anti-caking agents. The product may contain traces of milk, eggs, soy, gluten, crustaceans, molluscs, tree nuts and peanuts. The package contains 200 capsules, net weight 152 g. Store at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
