Now Foods Liquid B-12 B-Complex is a liquid food supplement containing B vitamins and vitamin C. The recommended daily dose is a quarter of a teaspoon, i.e. 1.2 ml, which provides 1 mg (1000 µg) of vitamin B12 as cyanocobalamin. The daily dose also contains thiamin, riboflavin, niacin as niacinamide, vitamin B6, folate as folic acid, pantothenic acid and 20 mg of vitamin C. The liquid contains no alcohol; its taste comes from natural flavourings, ginger root and cinnamon bark oil, and its sweetness from xylitol and stevia leaf extract. The bottle contains 59 ml.

The daily dose (1.2 ml) provides 40000% of the nutrient reference value for vitamin B12, 500% for pantothenic acid, 143% for vitamin B6, 125% for niacin, 121% for riboflavin, 100% for folate, 55% for thiamin and 25% for vitamin C.

How to use?

Shake the bottle well before use. In the morning, with a meal, take a quarter of a teaspoon (1.2 ml) of the liquid, hold it in your mouth for about 30 seconds, then swallow. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. If you also use other food supplements containing B vitamins or vitamin C, such as multivitamins, add up the amounts. The product contains the sweeteners xylitol and stevia leaf extract; excessive consumption of xylitol may produce laxative effects. Xylitol is harmful to pets, so keep the bottle out of reach of animals as well. Refrigerate the bottle after opening.

Besides the vitamins, the liquid is based on deionised water and vegetable glycerin. Its sweetness comes from xylitol and stevia leaf extract (2 mg per daily dose), its tartness from malic acid and its taste from natural flavourings, ginger root, grapefruit fibre and cinnamon bark oil. Potassium sorbate is used as a preservative. The product is not manufactured with wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or sesame ingredients, but the GMP-compliant production facility also processes ingredients containing these allergens, so the product may contain traces of them.
