Now Foods Methyl B-12 is a food supplement in which each lozenge contains 1000 µg, or 1 mg, of vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin. The manufacturer recommends taking 1 lozenge 1 to 2 times daily, so the maximum daily dose is 2 lozenges or 2 mg of vitamin B12, which corresponds to 80000% of the nutrient reference value (NRV). How to use?
