Optimum Nutrition Opti-Men – multivitamins and minerals for men

Opti-Men is a food supplement in tablet form from Optimum Nutrition, formulated for men with an active lifestyle. One daily dose (3 tablets) provides 13 vitamins, 8 minerals and trace elements plus boron, as well as the amino acids L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine and L-glutamine, alpha-lipoic acid, choline, inositol, lutein, rutin, citrus bioflavonoids and ginger, olive leaf and green tea extracts. The pack contains 180 tablets, i.e. 60 daily doses – one tub lasts for about two months.

Vitamins and minerals

The daily dose provides vitamins and minerals in amounts that mostly exceed the nutrient reference value (NRV): for example 225 mg of vitamin C (281%), 10 µg of vitamin D (200%), 30 mg of vitamin E (250%), 300–386% of the B vitamins and 12 mg of zinc (120%). It contains 80 mg of magnesium (21%), 120 mg of calcium (15%), 30 µg of selenium (55%) and 100 µg of iodine (67%). Exact amounts are given in the nutrition table.

How to use?

Take 3 tablets a day with food, for example with breakfast or lunch. Swallow the tablets with sufficient water. Do not exceed the daily dose. Keep the pack in a cool, dry place.

Who is it for?

Opti-Men is suitable for adult men who want to supplement their daily diet with a wide range of vitamins and minerals – for example men who train regularly, have busy days and whose diet is not always as varied as it could be. The product is not suitable for anyone under 18 or for pregnant or breastfeeding women. If you take medication or other food supplements, consult a doctor or pharmacist before use.

What else should you know?

Because of the green tea extract, the daily dose contains 2 mg of epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG). Do not consume on an empty stomach or on the same day as other products containing green tea; the daily intake of EGCG must stay below 800 mg.
