NOW Foods Calcium Citrate is a vegetarian food supplement in tablet form that combines calcium citrate with vitamin D, magnesium, zinc, copper and manganese. Two tablets, the daily dose, provide 600 mg of calcium (75% of the nutrient reference value), 10 µg of vitamin D (200%), 300 mg of magnesium (80%), 15 mg of zinc (150%), 1 mg of copper (100%) and 5 mg of manganese (250%). The bottle contains 100 tablets, or 50 daily doses. Vitamin D is present as ergocalciferol (vitamin D2), a form of plant origin, so the product is also suitable for vegetarians.
