Now Foods Thyroid Energy is a food supplement in vegetable capsules that combines vitamins, minerals, the amino acid L-tyrosine and ashwagandha in one daily dose. Two capsules provide 225 µg of iodine (150% of the nutrient reference value), 50 µg of selenium (91%), 25 mg of zinc (250%), 1 mg of copper (100%), 2 mg of vitamin B6 (143%), 60 µg of vitamin B12 (2400%) and 680 µg of folate. In addition, the daily dose provides 1 g of L-tyrosine and 125 mg of ashwagandha root and leaf. The container holds 90 capsules, or 45 daily doses, which at the recommended use last about six weeks.

How to use?

Take 2 capsules a day, preferably in divided doses with food, for example one capsule with breakfast and the other with dinner. Swallow the capsules whole with enough water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. If you also use a multivitamin or another food supplement containing iodine, zinc or selenium, take their amounts into account, as this product already provides 25 mg of zinc a day.
