One tablet is one serving and also the recommended daily dose: it provides 2500 µg of biotin (5000% of the nutrient reference value), 15 mg of zinc (150%), 100 µg of selenium (182%) and 800 µg of folic acid (400%). The package contains 100 tablets, i.e. 100 servings, so taking one tablet a day, one package lasts for more than three months. A closer look at biotin, zinc, selenium and folic acid

Biotin is a water-soluble B vitamin, also known as vitamin B7 or vitamin H. It is found in foods of both animal and plant origin, such as offal, fish, nuts and seeds, and small amounts are also produced by bacteria living in the digestive tract. Zinc is a trace element whose main dietary sources are red meat, poultry, legumes, nuts and cereal products. Selenium is also a trace element – it is found mainly in protein-rich foods such as offal, eggs and fish, as well as in Brazil nuts and seafood. Folic acid is a form of folate (vitamin B9), a water-soluble B vitamin, which was first isolated from spinach leaves. Folates are found in dark green vegetables such as kale, Brussels sprouts and parsley, as well as in legumes, cereal products and offal. In Biotin Plus, zinc is present as zinc picolinate, selenium as the organic compound L-selenomethionine, biotin as D-biotin and folic acid as pteroylmonoglutamic acid.

How to use?

Take one serving, i.e. 1 tablet a day, with a glass of water. One tablet is also the recommended daily dose, which must not be exceeded. The product is intended for adults. If you also take other food supplements containing biotin, zinc, selenium or folic acid, such as multivitamins, take their amounts into account as well. One package lasts for 100 days with the recommended use.
