Nutriversum Every Whey is a protein powder based on whey protein concentrate that makes it easy to add protein to your everyday diet. Depending on the flavour, the powder contains 74–82% protein, and one 30 g serving provides 22–25 g of protein. Lactase enzyme is also added to every serving. The pack contains 1000 g of powder, or 33 servings. Mixed with water, one serving provides 115–122 kcal with 1.34–1.48 g of fat and 1.97–2.16 g of sugars. The shake can be mixed in a shaker in moments, so it is easy to take to the gym, to work or on a trip. The powder can also be added to porridge, pancake or muffin batter and other sweet dishes to increase their protein content.

Protein

Protein is one of the three macronutrients, together with carbohydrates and fats. The protein source of this product is whey protein concentrate – a milk protein that remains in the liquid whey during cheese making and is then filtered, concentrated and dried into a powder. How to use?

Mix one serving (30 g) of powder with 250 ml of cold water or low-fat milk and shake in a shaker until smooth. On training days, drink the shake within 30 minutes after training; on rest days, in the morning after waking up. The recommended daily amount is one serving. The scoop in the pack is only a measuring aid – for an accurate amount, use a digital kitchen scale. If you mix the powder with milk, the energy and nutrients of the milk are added to the drink. The powder can also be stirred into porridge or pancake batter.

Ingredients and flavours

All flavours share the same base: whey protein concentrate, glycine as a flavour enhancer, skimmed milk powder, flavourings, the emulsifier sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, the sweeteners sucralose and acesulfame K, the anti-foaming agent silicon dioxide and lactase enzyme. The flavours differ as follows: Vanilla contains beta-carotene as a colour and 82% protein; Triple Chocolate contains 11% fat-reduced cocoa powder, 74% protein and 3.43 g of fibre per 100 g; White Chocolate Raspberry contains no colours and 80% protein; Blueberry Yogurt contains the colours Ponceau 4R (E124) and indigo carmine (E132) and 81% protein. The product is made in a facility that also processes gluten, soy, egg and nuts.
