Sci-MX Ultra Whey – protein powder with three forms of whey protein

Sci-MX Ultra Whey is a protein powder from the British sports nutrition brand Sci-MX Nutrition. Its protein complex consists of three forms of whey protein: whey protein concentrate, hydrolysed whey protein and whey protein isolate. Depending on the flavour, the protein complex makes up 92–95% of the powder. One serving – two level scoops, i.e. 45 g of powder – provides, according to the manufacturer (vanilla flavour), 33 g of protein and 179 kcal; a serving contains 3.1 g of fat, 4.1 g of carbohydrate, of which 3.3 g sugars, and 0.21 g of salt. The branched-chain amino acids L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine and the DIGEZYME® digestive enzyme blend have been added to the formula. No sugar has been added – the sugars in the powder occur naturally in milk. The flavoured powder is sweetened with sweeteners.

How to use?

Add two level scoops (45 g in total) of powder to 200 ml of cold water. Shake in a shaker for about 10 seconds, let the drink settle for 30 seconds and enjoy. The manufacturer recommends no more than 3 servings per day – do not exceed the recommended daily amount. The drink can be enjoyed at any time of day when you want to add protein to your meals.
