Evolite Nutrition Creamy Whey 700g

Evolite Nutrition Creamy Whey – whey protein and buttermilk powder

Evolite Nutrition Creamy Whey is a powdered food supplement made with whey protein concentrate and buttermilk powder – both from milk. One 30 g serving (about 1.5 scoops) provides 20.9 g of protein and 116.51 kcal of energy; a serving contains 2.06 g of fat and 4.05 g of sugars. The package contains 700 g of powder, i.e. 23 servings. The powder has a strawberry milkshake flavour and is sweetened with sucralose. According to the manufacturer, buttermilk powder gives the drink a creamy texture and a slightly buttery taste, which is why it recommends mixing the powder mainly with water.

Protein

Protein is one of the macronutrients the body needs every day. A 30 g serving of Evolite Nutrition Creamy Whey contains 20.9 g of protein, and protein provides more than 70% of the product's energy content.

• Protein contributes to a growth in muscle mass.
• Protein contributes to the maintenance of muscle mass.
• Protein contributes to the maintenance of normal bones.

Whey protein and buttermilk powder

Whey protein is a milk protein that remains in the liquid whey when cheese is made. Whey protein concentrate (WPC) is obtained by filtering and drying whey – in addition to protein, it retains some milk sugar, i.e. lactose, and milk fat. Whey protein naturally contains all essential amino acids, including the branched-chain amino acids (BCAA). Buttermilk powder is dried buttermilk, the liquid that remains when cream is churned into butter. It is the buttermilk powder that makes the texture of Creamy Whey creamier than that of regular whey protein. As both ingredients come from milk, the product contains milk and lactose.

How to use?

Dissolve one serving, i.e. 30 g of powder (about 1.5 scoops), in 250 ml of water or milk and drink. The manufacturer recommends using the product 2–3 times a day depending on your needs. You get the creamiest drink by mixing the powder with water in a shaker or blender. The powder can also be used in recipes, for example to make omelettes or protein muffins. If you prepare the drink with milk, the nutrients of the milk are added to the nutrition values. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. The best before date (month/year) and batch number are printed on the package.

Available flavour

• Strawberry Milkshake – strawberry-flavoured drink with a creamy texture; 20.9 g of protein and 116.51 kcal per 30 g serving.

The flavour comes from flavouring and the sweetness from the sweetener sucralose. The product contains no colours. The powder can also be added to smoothies and desserts, where the strawberry flavour goes well with fruit and berries.

Who is it for?
