ALLDAYYOUMAY is a flavoured drink powder from 5% Nutrition containing the branched-chain amino acids (BCAA) L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine, plus L-glutamine, L-carnitine L-tartrate, an essential amino acid blend, beta-alanine, L-taurine and vitamins C, B6 and B12. The powder also contains coconut water, blueberry powder, alpha-hydroxyisocaproic acid (HICA), glucosamine, MSM and milk thistle seed. The product belongs to the 5% Nutrition Legendary Series and carries the name of the brand's founder, Rich Piana. The drink is mixed with water and sweetened with acesulfame K and sucralose. Each container holds 30 servings; the net weight depends on the flavour and is 435–534 g according to the EU label. The brand owner is 5% Nutrition and the country of origin is the United States.
What does one serving contain?
One scoop of powder (14.5–17.8 g depending on the flavour) is stated as the recommended daily dose in the label's nutrition information. It provides 6000 mg of the BCAA blend, 2750 mg of an L-glutamine and L-carnitine L-tartrate blend, 960 mg of a supplementary blend of L-taurine, HICA, coconut water and blueberry powder, 800 mg of a blend of beta-alanine, sodium bicarbonate and dicalcium phosphate, 600–650 mg of a glucosamine, MSM and milk thistle blend and 200–205 mg of a blend of six essential amino acids. Each serving contains 200 mg of vitamin C (250% NRV), 2 mg of vitamin B6 (143% NRV) and 125 µg of vitamin B12 (5000% NRV). The Fruit Punch and Mango Pineapple flavours also contain calcium (65 mg, 8%) and phosphorus (50 mg, 7%); Fruit Punch additionally contains 70 mg of chloride (9%) and 50 mg of sodium. The product is a source of vitamins C, B6 and B12. Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system. Vitamin C contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. How to use?
Mix one scoop of powder with 355–475 ml of water and drink it between meals, right before a workout, during a workout or after it. According to the label's nutrition information the recommended daily dose is one scoop; the directions also state that no more than four servings should be consumed per day. Close the container tightly after use and keep it in a cool, dry place.

ALLDAYYOUMAY is suitable for healthy adults aged 18 or over who want a flavoured drink containing amino acids and vitamins C, B6 and B12 between meals or during a workout. The product does not replace a varied diet – amino acids are also supplied by protein-rich foods such as meat, fish, eggs, dairy products and legumes. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
