Universal GH Max is a food supplement that combines the amino acids L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate and L-ornithine with L-glutamine, L-carnitine, phytosterols, rice bran extract (gamma oryzanol) and vitamin B6. The pack contains 180 tablets (net weight 358 g). The daily amount is 3 tablets, so one pack lasts 60 days.

One daily amount (3 tablets) provides 2.5 g of L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate, 1.25 g of L-ornithine hydrochloride, 50 mg of phytosterol, 50 mg of carnitine, 50 mg of L-glutamine, 25 mg of gamma oryzanol and 10 mg of vitamin B6 (714% of the nutrient reference value). Do not exceed the daily amount of 3 tablets, also on rest days.

If you also use a multivitamin or other products containing B vitamins, check the vitamin B6 content on their packaging and count it towards your daily total. Keep the pack tightly closed in a cool, dry place at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C.

Who is it for?

GH Max is intended for adults over 18 who train regularly and want an amino acid and vitamin B6 complex in their supplement routine. The product is not suitable for persons under 18, pregnant or breastfeeding women. If you have a medical condition or take prescription medicines or other food supplements, consult a doctor or trainer before use. As many sports supplements also contain vitamin B6, make sure that your total vitamin B6 intake from all supplements does not exceed 12 mg per day.
