5% Nutrition 5150 belongs to the Legendary Series of the American sports supplement brand 5% Nutrition. It is a powdered food supplement that is mixed with water into a drink before training. The name signals that it is intended for experienced users who are accustomed to large amounts of caffeine – one scoop contains approximately 350–400 mg of caffeine from several sources. In addition to caffeine, the formula contains the amino acids L-citrulline, beta-alanine, L-taurine and N-acetyl L-tyrosine, choline bitartrate and vitamins B3 and B12. What does one scoop contain?

In terms of vitamins, a serving provides 30 mg of niacin (188% NRV) and 1,000 µg of vitamin B12 (40,000% NRV). The Stim-Crazy Caffeine Complex weighs 535 mg in total and consists of caffeine anhydrous (350 mg), cocoa alkaloids extract (75 mg), dicaffeine malate (50 mg), green tea extract (20 mg, 50% caffeine), yerba mate extract (20 mg), guarana seed extract (10 mg) and green coffee extract (10 mg). The green tea extract provides 0.24 mg of EGCG per serving. The drink is sweetened with sucralose, and its taste and colour come from flavourings and food colours.
