How to use?

If you are not using other creatine-containing products, take 2 servings on training days – one before and one after your workout. On non-training days, take all 4 servings at once upon waking or divide them throughout the day. Do not exceed the recommended daily amount (4 capsules) and drink enough water while using creatine.
