One 5 g serving contains 3.4 g of creatine monohydrate, of which 3 g is pure creatine. Creatine is a substance the body produces itself and that we also obtain from foods of animal origin such as beef and fish. Micronization makes the creatine particles very fine, so the powder mixes evenly into water. The tub contains 300 g of powder, i.e. 60 daily servings, and you can choose from four flavours. The product is sweetened with sucralose and is sugar-free: its sugar content does not exceed 0.5 g per 100 g.
