Amix Black Line Creatine Creapure® Powder Drink – creatine drink in three flavours

Amix Black Line Creatine Creapure® Powder Drink is an instant powder mix for quickly preparing a flavoured creatine drink. The product is based on Creapure® creatine monohydrate, a registered trademark of the German company Alzchem Trostberg GmbH. One serving, or 3.5 g of powder (3/4 scoop), contains 3000 mg of creatine monohydrate. The 350 g container holds 100 servings, so one pack lasts 100 days with daily use. The powder is mixed with cold water to make a refreshing drink available in cherry, orange and cola flavours. The product belongs to the Amix Nutrition Black Line range and, according to the manufacturer, is a food supplement with sweetener and flavourings.

Creatine

Creatine is a nitrogen-containing compound that people also get from their ordinary diet, mainly from meat and fish dishes. The most common form of creatine in food supplements is creatine monohydrate. One serving of this product provides 3000 mg of Creapure® creatine monohydrate.

How to use?

Mix 3.5 g of powder (3/4 scoop) with 200 ml of cold water and drink immediately. The manufacturer recommends drinking it approximately 30–60 minutes before training. A hand-held shaker works best, as the powder mixes with water quickly and evenly. The recommended daily dose is 3.5 g, or one serving a day, and it must not be exceeded. Athletes using creatine monohydrate should drink at least 2000 ml of water during the day. If you use other creatine-containing products at the same time, take their amounts into account too.

Flavours and ingredients

Three flavours are available: cherry, orange and cola. All flavours are based on Creapure® creatine monohydrate with citric acid as an acidity regulator, silicon dioxide as an anti-caking agent and sucralose as a sweetener. The flavours differ in flavourings and colours: the cola flavour contains the colour E150d, the orange flavour contains beta-carotene and the cherry flavour contains beetroot juice. The exact composition of each flavour is listed under ingredients. According to the manufacturer, the product may contain traces of milk, eggs, soy, gluten, fish, tree nuts, peanuts and crustaceans. Keep the container in a dry place at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C, away from sunlight and frost. The pack contains a sorbent sachet that must not be eaten.
