Usage Instructions
Recommended daily dosage: 3.5 g (3/4 scoop)
Preparation: Mix 3.5 g (3/4 scoop) with 200 ml of cold water and drink immediately. Use approximately 30-60 minutes before training. Use a hand held shaker for mixing.
Important: Athletes using creatine monohydrate should consume at least 2000 ml of water daily to maximize hydration.
Note: The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine.
