Power System Power Pulley Handles – handles for cable machines

Power System Power Pulley Handles are a pair of replacement handles for cable fitness machines and resistance bands. The manufacturer describes them as durable and comfortable handles that let you replace the existing handles of a machine or add a second pair. Each handle consists of a high-density nylon strap, a textured rubber grip and an aluminium carabiner hook that attaches the handle firmly to a cable or band. The set includes two handles, i.e. one pair, the colour is black and according to the manufacturer the product weighs 0.36 kg. The handles suit both gym and home training wherever a cable station or resistance bands with an attachment point are used.

Nylon strap, rubber grip and aluminium carabiner

The straps of the handles are made of high-density, solid and sturdy nylon webbing. The nylon strap holds the shape of the grip and connects the handle to the carabiner. The grip section is covered with textured rubber designed for a comfortable and firm hold. For attachment, aluminium carabiner hooks keep the handle firmly on the cable, the pulley ring or the loop of a resistance band. The carabiner makes the handle easy to attach and remove, so you can quickly move it from one machine to another.

How to use?

Clip the carabiner hook of the handle into the ring at the end of the cable machine's cable or into the loop of a resistance band and make sure the carabiner is properly closed. Hold the rubber grip and perform the exercise calmly with a controlled movement. As the set includes two handles, they can be used both for one-arm exercises and on dual-cable machines where both arms work at the same time, for example for one-arm rows, cable crossovers and lateral raises. After training, wipe the handles clean and store them in a dry place.

Who is it for?

The handles suit people training at the gym or at home who use a cable machine, a cable station or resistance bands with an attachment ring and want a replacement for the old handles of a machine or an extra pair. They are also a good fit for coaches and smaller gyms that need spare handles. Since the handle attaches with a carabiner, the same pair can be used on several different machines.

Set and care

The pack contains one pair, i.e. two black handles with the product code 4109BK. The materials are nylon (strap), rubber (grip) and aluminium (carabiner hook). The manufacturer does not publish the exact dimensions of the handles or the maximum permitted load. For care, simply wipe the rubber grip with a damp cloth after use, let it air dry and store the handles in a dry place. Before training, check that the strap and the carabiner are undamaged.
