Power System Neoprene Fitness Belt Neo Power - Red

Power System Neo Power – red neoprene fitness belt

Power System Neo Power is a neoprene fitness belt for gym training and weightlifting. The manufacturer designed the belt with performance, comfort and good looks in mind. At its centre is a 15 cm wide, ultralight and flexible support panel that gives the belt its support while still allowing you to perform exercises through the full range of motion. The belt closes with a heavy-gauge steel tensioning buckle and a 34 cm nylon Velcro strap, so it is quick and easy to put on and stays firmly in place. The colour scheme of the red version is black and red. At Sportlab the belt is available in sizes S, M, L and XL.

Neoprene, foam core and steel buckle

According to the manufacturer, the belt is made of high-quality, very elastic neoprene. Inside is a foam core covered with a soft, breathable plush lining that sits comfortably against the back and abdomen even during heavy lifts. On the outside of the belt there are reinforced, specially shaped rubber strips that add support to the back area. The belt is anatomically shaped so that it wraps around the waist more comfortably. The heavy-duty straps let you decide how much compression the belt applies to your abdomen and waist and keep the waist tight throughout your workout.

How to use?

Place the belt around your waist so that the wide support panel sits at your back. Pull the Velcro strap through the steel tensioning buckle, tighten the belt to the desired firmness and fasten the strap onto the 34 cm Velcro area. The long Velcro area lets you find the right tightness again every time and quickly loosen or tighten the belt during your workout. The belt should sit firmly but still let you breathe freely and move through the full range of motion. If you like, you can tighten the belt just before a heavy set and loosen it between sets. After training, let the belt air dry.
