RDX WS Flexdial Adjustable FDA Approved Lumbar Back Support Brace

RDX WS FlexDial – adjustable lower back support belt with lumbar pad

RDX WS FlexDial is an elasticated lower back support belt designed to be worn during training as well as every day underneath clothing. At the back, a soft lumbar pad sits over the lower back, and a FlexDial adjustment dial on each side lets you set the tension of the belt precisely. The belt fastens with a strong hook-and-loop closure, so you can put it on and take it off yourself without help from anyone else. The lightweight mesh construction lets air circulate and keeps the belt discreet under clothes. At Sportlab, the RDX WS FlexDial support belt is available in four sizes – S, M, L and XL – in black.

FlexDial dials and breathable mesh fabric

The core of the belt is the RDX FlexDial system: two rotating dials on the sides of the belt that let you increase or reduce the tension. According to the manufacturer, the dials can set the belt to high compression without using much force, which makes the solution suitable for people with limited hand strength as well. The compression is centred on the lower back area where the lumbar pad sits. The belt is made of soft nylon, sturdy polyester and breathable mesh fabric, with parts made of high-grade plastic. The mesh structure lets air circulate, helps keep the body cool and dry, and keeps the belt thin enough to be worn under clothing.

How to use?

Before buying, measure your waist at navel level and choose the size accordingly. Position the belt so that the lumbar pad sits over your lower back and fasten the front with the hook-and-loop closure. Then turn the FlexDial dials on both sides until the belt fits comfortably and firmly. The hook-and-loop closure lets you fine-tune the fit to your body so that the belt stays in place even during intense activity such as lifting weights. After training, release the tension of the dials, open the closure and let the belt air dry.

Key features

• Two FlexDial dials – the dials on the sides of the belt let you set the tension precisely.
• Lumbar pad – a soft pad sits over the lower back.
• Strong hook-and-loop closure – you can put the belt on and take it off yourself.
• Breathable mesh fabric – a light, thin belt that can be worn under clothing.
• Materials – soft nylon, sturdy polyester and plastic parts.
• Four sizes – S–XL for a waist circumference of 56–109 cm, for men and women.

Who is it for?

RDX WS FlexDial is suitable for adult men and women who want additional lower back support while training, especially those who work out alone in a home gym without a training partner to help adjust the belt. Thanks to the FlexDial dials, the belt can be tightened firmly even with limited hand strength, which also makes it a convenient choice for older users. The thin mesh construction means the belt can also be worn every day under clothing. If you have any back problems, consult a doctor before use.

Sizes and care

The support belt is available in four sizes: S, M, L and XL. According to the manufacturer, the sizes together cover a waist circumference of approximately 56–109 cm. To find the right size, measure your waist at navel level and then adjust the belt to your body with the hook-and-loop closure and the FlexDial dials. The belt comes in black. After use, let the belt air dry and store it in a dry place; before washing, follow the care instructions on the product label.
