Adidas Equipment Women's Training Gloves, Black

Adidas Women's Training Gloves, black – open back and silicone grip

Adidas Women's Training Gloves are short-finger training gloves designed for women, suitable both for the gym and for bodyweight exercises. The gloves have an open back and breathable materials, so they feel natural on the hand and let air circulate freely. Comfortable elastic straps and a simple Velcro fastening at the wrist keep the gloves firmly in place, so you can focus on correct technique without worrying about the gloves shifting on your hands. Sportlab offers the black colour in sizes S, M and L.

Lycra material and padded palm

The gloves are made from durable Lycra material and have a soft fabric inner lining for extra comfort. According to the manufacturer, they are built to hold up even during the toughest workouts. The glove covers the full palm: key contact zones are padded, and silicone-printed details on the palm give a firmer grip and add durability. According to the manufacturer, the ergonomic padding helps protect your hands against calluses and blisters. The open-back design lets air circulate, and the breathable material helps keep your hands cool and dry during training.

How to use?

Put the glove on, adjust the elastic straps and fasten the Velcro strap around your wrist so that the glove sits firmly without squeezing. The gloves are suitable for all kinds of training – the manufacturer mentions lifting weights, pull-ups, working out on gym machines and bodyweight exercises (calisthenics) as examples. The silicone-printed palm helps you keep a firm grip on weights and machine handles. After training, open the Velcro fastening, take the gloves off and let them air dry.

Who is it for?

Adidas Women's Training Gloves are designed for women who train at the gym or do bodyweight exercises and want their hands covered and their grip firm during training. The gloves suit beginners who are just getting used to weights as well as those who train regularly. The open back and short fingers make the gloves light and breathable, so they also work well for longer sessions. If you prefer gloves that do not feel heavy or bulky on your hands, these are a good choice.

Sizes and colour

Sportlab offers the gloves in sizes S, M and L. To find the right size, measure the circumference of your palm, not including the thumb: S 18–19 cm, M 19–20 cm and L 20–21.5 cm. The gloves are designed for a close fit – the manufacturer recommends sizing up if you prefer a more relaxed fit or are between sizes. The Velcro fastening lets you adjust the wrist section. Adidas Women's Training Gloves come in two colours – Victory Crimson and black; Sportlab sells the black colour. The manufacturer does not provide care instructions; after use, let the gloves air dry and store them in a dry place.
