RDX W1H Gym Workout Gloves are half-finger training gloves for gym workouts. The main part of the gloves is made of pure cotton terry combined with a lightweight, stretchable nylon mesh, so the inside of the glove keeps a dry, airy feel even during intense training. The palm has an anti-slip silicone pattern with G-Foam™ padding underneath, and the wrist has an elasticated nylon strap with an adjustable hook-and-loop closure. The fingertips stay free, and pull tabs make the gloves quick to put on and take off. RDX W1H gloves are lightweight, washable and suitable for everyday use in the gym.

Cotton terry, nylon mesh and a silicone palm

The materials were chosen with comfort and grip in mind. Cotton terry is lightweight, absorbent and washable. The stretchable nylon mesh lets air circulate and draws moisture away from the hand, so the hand does not get too sweaty inside the glove. The palm has a microfibre layer covered with a non-slip silicone pattern: it gives a firmer grip and, according to RDX, also lets the palm breathe better. The G-Foam™ padding under the silicone gives the palm extra protection. Around the thumb there is a cotton terry towel for wiping away sweat during training.

How to use?

Put the glove on, slide your fingers into the finger openings and pull the glove into place on the palm. Then wrap the elasticated strap around your wrist and fasten it with the hook-and-loop closure as tightly as is comfortable – the closure is fully adjustable and can be adapted to any wrist. The strap keeps the wrist in place even during intense training. After the workout, open the closure and quickly remove the glove using the pull tabs. Let the gloves air dry after use; the terry gloves are washable.
