How to use?

Open the Velcro fastening, slide your hand into the glove and pull it fully on using the extended wrist tab. Then close the fastening so that the glove sits firmly without squeezing. After your workout, open the fastening and pull the gloves off by the two durably sewn finger pulls – this way they come off easily even with sweaty hands. After use, let the gloves air dry.
