How to use?

The manufacturer recommends drinking Mass Gainer after workouts, between meals or before bed to increase daily protein and calorie intake. The recommended amount is one serving (325 g) a day – do not exceed it. The product is sold by weight, not volume: the powder settles during transport and the bag is not completely full.
