Usage Instructions

Recommended dosage: Mix 1 scoop (37 g) with 300 ml of water. You can use it during training.
Note: Carbohydrates contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function after strenuous exercise. The beneficial effect is obtained by consuming carbohydrates at 4 g per kg of body weight.
