What are collagen hydrolysate and MSM?

Collagen is the most abundant protein in the human body. It is the main structural protein of connective tissue and is found in large amounts in the skin, bones and teeth, for example. During hydrolysis, the long protein chains of collagen are broken down into shorter peptides. Unlike ordinary gelatin, the hydrolysate therefore does not form a gel and is easy to fill into capsules. How to use?
