What is glucosamine?

How to use?

Mix one serving, i.e. 1 g of powder (1 level scoop), with 100–150 ml of water or juice, for example in a shaker. Use the 1 ml scoop included in the package. Take one serving a day 30 minutes before a meal. One serving is also the recommended daily amount, which must not be exceeded. If you also use other products containing glucosamine, take their amounts into account. A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
