Kre-Alkalyn® – buffered creatine monohydrate in vegetable capsules

Amix Kre-Alkalyn® is a food supplement containing buffered creatine monohydrate in vegetable capsules. Two capsules, one serving, provide 1500 mg Kre-Alkalyn® creatine. According to the manufacturer, Kre-Alkalyn® is a form of creatine with a pH above 12, made with a patented manufacturing process (US patent #6,399,661). What is creatine?

Creatine is a nitrogen-containing compound that the body produces itself from the amino acids arginine, glycine and methionine. Creatine is produced mainly in the liver and kidneys, and the body continuously breaks it down into creatinine, which is excreted in urine. Most of the body's creatine is stored in skeletal muscle. In the diet, creatine comes mainly from meat and fish. Creatine monohydrate is the most common form of creatine in food supplements, and Kre-Alkalyn® is creatine monohydrate whose acidity has been buffered with alkaline substances.

How to use?

On workout days, take 1 capsule in the morning about 30 minutes before the first meal and then 1–2 capsules about 30 minutes before training. On non-workout days, take 1 capsule in the morning about 30 minutes before the first meal and 1–2 capsules about 30 minutes before the last meal. Wash the capsules down with about 300 ml of water. This adds up to 2–3 capsules or 1500–2250 mg Kre-Alkalyn® creatine a day.

Kre-Alkalyn® is suitable for adults who want to supplement their diet with creatine. The product is not designed for children and must not be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Ingredients and storage

In addition to buffered creatine monohydrate, the capsule contains the anti-caking agents magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide. The capsule shell is made of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and purified water, and its white colour comes from calcium carbonate. Keep the container tightly closed so that the capsules do not absorb moisture. Store in a cool, dry place at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C, away from sunlight.
